Theron Simmons has been practicing law in Florida since 2004. Admitted in 2003 after graduating from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida, Theron went on to obtain his LL.M. (Master’s of Law) in Securities and Financials Regulations from Georgetown University School of Law.
Theron Simmons, Esq. is also Board Certified by the Florida Bar in City, County & Local Government Law. Theron Simmons clients have included Cities, the Monroe County School Board and two special taxing districts.
Practice areas include governmental law and labor and employment law, including compliance with public records laws and contract law. Theron is Of Counsel to the firm.
