Rainier Regueiro serves as Of Counsel to Abrams Law Firm, bringing additional depth to the Firm’s team of knowledgeable and experienced attorneys. He focuses his practice on Labor and Employment Law and Workers’ Compensation, and is a seasoned litigator with significant trial experience. Mr. Regueiro has served as lead counsel in more than ten jury trials in both state and federal courts.

His extensive background in federal litigation strengthens the Firm’s civil rights practice, particularly in matters involving property rights. Mr. Regueiro has successfully represented clients in federal court on a variety of constitutional claims, including “class of one” Equal Protection violations and First Amendment retaliation cases.
