Bethany Goode brings a strong foundation in education and public service to her role as the firm’s Planner. A former high school educator with teaching certifications, Bethany transitioned to city planning and joined the firm in March 2024.

In her current role, she supports land use projects by ensuring timely submission and processing of applications across city and county jurisdictions. Her experience spans multi-family residential developments, Live Local Act projects, subdivisions and platting, variances, and other approvals.

Bethany understands the importance of streamlining processes to minimize delays and complications, delivering value to clients throughout the entitlement and development process. She fosters productive relationships with government staff and effectively leverages them to expedite applications, ensuring efficient and practical outcomes for the firm’s projects.
