Guianeya “Yeni” Herrera, Esq. is an associate attorney at Abrams Law Firm, P.A. She earned her undergraduate degree in English Literature from the University of Florida and Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad College of Law, graduating Cum Laude. Thereafter, Ms. Herrera earned a Master’s in Environmental Policy and Management from Florida International University.
As a prior Assistant State Attorney with the Broward State Attorney’s Office, Ms. Herrera has contributed towards a safer community while gaining extensive litigation experience in trying cases before both judges and juries. Following the State Attorney’s Office, Ms. Herrera fought for creditors’ rights as a litigation attorney with Rausch Sturm, LLP.
In her current role as an associate attorney, Ms. Herrera applies her litigation and negotiation experience to provide clients with strategic and creative solutions that advance their goals in land use and zoning matters, riparian rights issues, and complex civil rights litigation.
